Born in Naples Italy Enzo Carputo came to America in 1980 and decided to make New Jersey his home. At a young age his desire to cook, learn and teach people culinary skills surpassed most of the older chefs. With his creativity and hard work he quickly gained the respect of his peers.

Chef Enzo & Alfonso Corbosiero are co-owners of La Reggia Restaurant, Banquets & Lounge, located in the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel in Secaucus. Chef Enzo continues to impress us with his exquisite creations, still maintaining his goal.
